FAIRFAX, Virginia- The Marist women's swim and dive team finished its three days of competition at the Patriot Invitational, Saturday night.
April Avila led the Red Foxes with the highest finish of the night, after setting the school record on Nov. 22.
The Red Foxes finished sixth overall out of seven teams at the Patriot Invitational.

- April Avila continued her dominant invitational with the highest finish on the final day of the invitational.
- Avila placed fourth overall in the 200-yard breaststroke finals with an impressive time of 2:17.45.
- Avila's finished marked the highest finish out of the Red Foxes on day three of the invite.
- Rae Dodson kept the pace with Avila, finishing right behind her teammate, with a fifth-place finish.
- Dodson swam to a dominant time of 2:17.67, which was .22 behind Avila.
- The 200-yard breaststroke duo recorded the two-highest finishes for the Red Foxes.
- Maddie Healey finished the highest out of the Red Foxes with her ninth-place finish in the 1650-yard freestyle. Healey swam her way to a time of 17:29.43, which started the last day of finals for the Red Foxes.
- Charlotte Lepis finished second of the Red Foxes with a 12th place finish. Lepis timed in at 17:36.57 in the event.
- Rounding out the top-three Red Foxes was Anna Hoskovec, finishing 13th overall, right behind Lepis. Hoskovec swam to a time of 17:38.78 in the finals.
- Healey also placed the highest for the Red Foxes in the 200-yard backstroke, with a 16th place finish. Healey clocked in with a time of 2:06.69 in the finals.
- Milena Judge placed second out of the Red Foxes with a 19th overall finish in the event. Judge swam her way to a time of 2:07.10 in the 200-yard backstroke.
- Eydis Kolbeinsdottir placed 12th overall in the 100-yard freestyle finals, the highest finish for the Red Foxes. Kolbeinsdottir clocked in at 51.70 in the event.
- Sabrina Conrad recorded the highest finish for the Red Foxes in the 200-yard butterfly. Conrad swam to a time of 2:05.48, which was good for a 10th place finish.
- Bridget Rynkiewicz finished right behind Conrad with an 11th place finish. Rynkiewicz timed in at 2:06.55 in the finals.
- Morgan Cassidy placed the highest of the Red Foxes in the three-meter dive finals. Cassidy posted a score of 197.60, which was good for a 19th place finish for the junior diver.
- Caitlyn Degise finished right behind Cassidy for a 20th place finish in the event. Degise posted a score of 186.75, placing second out of the Red Foxes finalists.
- Kyra Cavicchi rounded out the top-three for the Red Foxes in the three-meter dive, finishing 24th overall. Cavicchi made the finals and scored 182.65 in the final dive of the invitational.
- The Red Foxes will return to competition with a home meet on Jan. 11, 2024 against Lehigh.
- The meet is slated for 1 p.m. as the first event will begin.
