POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - Taylor Miller of the Marist volleyball team has been selected as the MAAC Rookie of the Week on Tuesday afternoon. This recognition marks the first weekly award Miller has received in her collegiate volleyball career.

Miller a Haworth, NJ native, played in three matches for the Red Foxes this past week against Siena, Saint Peter's and Rider. In these matches she collected 42 kills and 10 total blocks. She played a pivotal role in the Red Foxes claiming two out of three victories in these matches. At 4.36 points per set, she was the second highest offensive contributor to the team this past week.

This is the third MAAC weekly honors the Marist volleyball team has received in the 2024 season with Alyssa White having been named Female Student Athlete of the Week and Jamison White earning a Setter of the Week selection.
