Red Foxes Set For Home National TV Battle With Siena On Wednesday at 8PM

Men's Lacrosse Hosts Saints in Rematch of 2023 MAAC Title Game on ESPNU


POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Marist men's lacrosse team welcomes MAAC rivals Siena to Tenney Stadium on Wednesday, as the Red Foxes take on the Saints in a rematch of the 2023 MAAC title game on ESPNU at 8 p.m.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • The Red Foxes picked up their second MAAC victory of the season after defeating Mount St. Mary's, 11-10, on the road this past Saturday in its last time out.
  • Jake Deacy led the offense with three goals.
  • Collin Patrick, Joshua Balcarcel, and Drew Anderson scored two goals apiece. 
  • Anderson's second goal proved to be the game-winner in the contest.
  • Joshua Arneson and Aiden McCaffrey added six groundballs apiece, while McCaffrey also totaled four caused turnovers.

  • Men's lacrosse head coach Keegan Wilkinson is the all-time winningest coach in program-history, boasting 96 career wins.

  • McCaffrey leads the MAAC and ranks second in the nation in caused turnovers per game (2.64).
  • His 29 caused turnovers on the season leads the MAAC and ranks second in the nation.
 
DANGEROUS DEACY
  • Jake Deacy leads the Red Foxes with 21 goals on the season. 
  • Deacy has notched five games this season with three or more goals.
  • Deacy collected three consecutive hat tricks against Wagner (3/9), Canisius (3/16), and Quinnipiac (3/23).
  • He tallied three goals in Marist's victory over Mount St. Mary's this past Saturday on the road.
