POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist women's soccer aims to pick up its first win of the 2024 campaign on Thursday, as the Red Foxes play host to St. Thomas Minnesota inside Tenney Stadium. The game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. on ESPN+.
Thomas Armstrong will be on the play-by-play for the contest, while Nicholas Paccione will serve as the analyst.

- Graduate student Maille McDermott scored the first goal of her collegiate career in Marist's opener at Seton Hall
- A former Pirate, McDermott spent four years as a member of the Seton Hall women's soccer program
- McDermott's goal came on a header in the box from a corner kick off the foot of Gabby Tirado. McDermott tracked the ball in the box and headed it home to give Marist a 1-0 lead in the contest.
- St. Thomas enters the contest at 0-2-1 on the season
- After tying with Drake, 1-1, in its opener, the Tommies suffered back-to-back 4-1 losses at the hands of Northern Illinois and Minnesota
- Abby Bratner, Abby Hoiska, and Lexi Huber lead the Tommies with a goal apiece on the season
- Olivia Rowe has started in net for the Tommies in all three contests and holds a 2.77 GAA
- Thursday's contest will mark the first-ever contest between the two programs
- The Red Foxes will be back in action on Sunday, Sep. 1, when Marist plays host to Navy
- The match is set to start at 1 PM on ESPN+ from Tenney Stadium
