Marist Set to Host Siena on ESPNU at 9 p.m. Friday

Red Foxes Taking Part in Coaches vs. Cancer Initiative

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist men's basketball team (15-3 overall, 8-1 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) hosts Siena (9-11, 4-5) on Friday night at McCann Arena. The ESPNU broadcast is set for a 9 p.m. tip-off.
 
Friday night's game is also part of Coaches vs. Cancer Suits and Sneakers Week.
 
HOW TO FOLLOW
  • Dean Darling (play-by-play) and Steve Eggink (analyst) will have the call on the Red Fox Network and Varsity Network app. Coverage begins at 8:45 p.m.

COACHES VS. CANCER
  • Marist's coaches will be wearing suits and sneakers as part of the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) initiative.
  • "I Suit up for … " signs will be available in the McCann Arena lobby, and will be displayed by those in attendance at the under-12 timeout of the first half.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • Marist earned a 70-47 victory at Canisius on Saturday to complete its two-game western New York sweep.
  • The Red Foxes outscored the Golden Griffins 40-20 in the second half, and they had a +19 advantage in rebounds.
  • Josh Pascarelli led all scorers with 15 points as five Red Foxes scored at least eight.
