POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist University women's basketball team returns to action on Sunday afternoon, as the Red Foxes take on non-conference opponent Holy Cross. Tip-off from McCann Arena is set for 1 p.m. on ESPN+.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes fell 66-56 to Bryant at McCann arena on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
• Freshman forward Justine Henry recorded her first collegiate double-double with career highs of 20 points
  and 11 rebounds.
• Junior forward Karly Fischer also scored a career-high 20 points on an efficient 7-for-11 from the field and
  2-for-3 from downtown.

SCOUTING THE CRUSADERS

• Holy Cross is led by Candice Green, who enters her second season as head coach of the Crusaders.
• The Crusaders are coming off a 65-64 win over Ivy League opponent Brown.
• Senior Meg Cahalan led the way with 23 points in 29 minutes of action. Senior Simone Foreman recorded a
  double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
• Holy Cross was picked to finish fourth in the Patriot League Preseason Coaches' Poll.
• Senior Kaitlyn Flanagan was selected to the 2025-26 Patriot League Women's Basketball Preseason All-Patriot
  League Team.

HISTORY VS HOLY CROSS

• Tuesday's contest against Holy Cross will mark Marist's 10th contest against the Crusaders.
• The Red Foxes are 1-8 all-time against Holy Cross.
• The Crusaders came away with a 66-49 victory over Marist in the last meeting on Dec. 17, 2024.

NEXT TIME OUT

• Marist will host Stony Brook on Wednesday, Nov. 19.
• Tip-off inside McCann Arena is set for 7 p.m. on ESPN+.
