Red Foxes Set to Host Canisius For MAAC Action Wednesday at 3 PM

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY - Marist men's lacrosse is back in action on Wednesday, as the Red Foxes play host to Canisius in a MAAC contest inside Tenney Stadium at 3 PM on ESPN+.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • Collin Patrick and Sean Mullan tallied a hat trick apiece to lead Marist men's lacrosse past MAAC foe Mount St. Mary's on the road, 13-12, on Saturday afternoon.
  • Patrick and Mullan led the offense with three goals apiece, while Drew Anderson and Steven Cain added two goals apiece in the victory.
  • Adam Wachholder tallied 14 saves in the victory

  • Collin Patrick is having a breakout campaign as a sophomore
  • On the season he boasts 20 goals and 17 assists for 37 points, all of which are tops on the team
  • Patrick was named the MAAC Offensive Player of the Week, as announced Monday by the conference office.
  • This is the second time this season that Patrick has garnered MAAC Offensive Player of the Week honors.
  • In two games this past week, Patrick totaled five goals and five assists for 10 points.
  • He opened the week with two goals and three assists for five points in the contest against Delaware.
  • He followed that performance with three goals and two assists for five points in ther road victory over Mount St. Mary's.

  • This will be the 31st contest all-time between the Red Foxes and the Golden Griffins
  • Marist leads the all-time series, 19-11
  • The last time the two sides faced off, Marist came away with a 20-16 win over Canisius on March 16, 2024, in Poughkeepsie
