LAWRENCE, NJ – The Marist men's track & field team saw multiple participants earn first place finishes in its second meet of the 2025 outdoor season, the Rider 5-Way Invite, on Saturday. The event took place at the Michael P. Brady Track Complex in Lawrence, New Jersey.

Starting off the day strong was the men's 4x100 meter relay team of Amari Mathis, Simeon Washington, Ramsey Heredia, and Maxwell Sylver earned first with a time of 42.62.

Christopher Lynch (8th) earned  a PR in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 16.13.

Miracle Okoli earned fourth in the 400-meter dash with a PR of 50.24. Simon Advento (8th) also earned a PR with a time of 51.55.

William Carroll (6th) turned in a PR in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.65. 

Freshman Kevin Cannon placed first in the 3000-meter run with his PR of 8:48.97.

The men brought home two more first place finishes from Sean Wilson with a time of 4:04.40 in the 1500-meter run and Amari Mathis with a time of 10.81 in the 100-meter dash.

The Red Foxes will compete next at Colonial Relays from Apr. 4th through Apr. 5th. This meet will be held at the William and Mary outdoor track facility.
