POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist University head men's basketball coach
John Dunne has been named a national finalist for the Skip Prosser Man of the Year Award.
The Skip Prosser Man of the Year award is presented by CollegeInsider.com. It honors those who not only achieve success on the basketball court, but who display moral integrity on and off it as well.
This is the fourth time – and second consecutive year – that Dunne has been named a finalist for the Skip Prosser Man of the Year Award. The previous occurrences came in 2011, 2021, and 2024.
The award will be determined by a 10-member voting committee consisting of current and former head coaches, plus two senior staff members of CollegeInsider.com. It will be announced in San Antonio, the site of the Division I Basketball Championship.
