Lawrence Township, New Jersey – The Marist men's track & field team saw multiple student-athletes claim top-five finishes at the Rider Invitational on Friday and Saturday. The event took place at the Michael P. Brady Track Camplex.
Freshman Davis Haines (17th) started the men's team off with a PR of 15:39.68 in the 5000-meter run.
Logan Schaeffler placed first with a PR of 9:18.35 in the 3000-meter steeplechase.
Kevin Cannon placed third with a time of 9:47.43.

Amari Mathis,
Simeon Washington,
Weston LaBrecque,
Easton Eberwein) stole third with their time of 42.21 in the 4x100 meter relay.
Amari Mathis took home the men's third third-place finish of the day with a PR of 10.63 in the 100-meter run.
Miracle Okoli (4th) broke the Marist 400-meter hurdle record with his PR of 54.85.
Christopher Lynch (5th) and
Simon Advento (7th) followed in his lead with their own respective PRs of 57.13 and 58.38.
Amari Mathis finished in 22.14 for second place in the 200 meter run.
Easton Eberwein's PR of 11.36 earned him tenth.
