POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - Freshman
Taija Bell of the Marist women's lacrosse team was selected to the All-MAAC Rookie Team by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference on Thursday. Bell, a defender from Lowell, MA, was the sole Red Fox to receive All-MAAC honors following the 2025 women's lacrosse season.
The MAAC also announced its All-Academic Team, where Marist led the conference, with 24 student-athletes receiving All-Academic honors.

- Bell led all Marist freshmen in games started with 16, games played with 17, ground balls with 21, and caused turnovers with 14.
- Her 21 ground balls ranked her second amongst Marist defenders.
- Her 14 caused turnovers ranked her second on the team, with only one behind Mia Fernandes.

- Marist led the conference, with 24 student-athletes receiving All-Academic honors. To be eligible for All-Academic honors, student-athletes must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher.
