NEW HAVEN, CT. - The Marist men's lacrosse team continues its 2026 campaign on the road Tuesday, as the Red Foxes travel to take on Yale The game is set for a 7 p.m. start on ESPN+.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes opened the season with a 13-9 road loss against Mercer
• Sean Mullan led the offense with three goals for his first hat trick of the season, while Brady Dolan and Steven Cain added two goals apiece in the loss.

SMITH'S FAST START

• Sophomore Josh Smith kicked off his sophomore campiagn with a breakout performance in the opener at Mercer
• Smith totaled 10 ground balls in the contest
• Smith also went 15-for-23 in the faceoff circle

HISTORY AGAINST YALE

• Marist is 0-1 all-time against Yale
• The lone matchup occurred in 2018, where the Red Foxes came up short, 14-4 in New Haven

 

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS

• The Bulldogs came up short against No. 11 Army West Point in its season opener, 12-6
• Yale had six different players tally a goal in the loss
• Hugh Conrad got the start in net and made seven saves in the loss

 

NEXT TIME OUT

• Marist will be back in action on Saturday, Feb. 21, when the Red Foxes travel to take on Binghamton.
• Game time is set for noon
