POUGHKEEPSIE, NY - The Marist men's lacrosse team continues its 2026 non-conference slate on Saturday, as the Red Foxes play host to the United States Air Force Academy for Marist's home-opener. The opening faceoff is set for a noon start.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• Marist men's lacrosse jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, earning a 9-6 road victory over Binghamton on Saturday afternoon.
• Sean Mullan led all scorers with four goals on 17 shots
• Collin Patrick recorded a four-point day with two goals and two assists to reach over 100 career points as a Red Fox
• Brady Dolan added two goals, and Mason Bader chipped in one.
• In goal, Richie Metzger made 15 saves over 58:40 of action to anchor the Marist defense

• Freshman goalie Richie Metzger holds a 1-1 record in net on the season
• Metzger picked up the first win of his collegiate career after recording 15 saves in 58:40 of time in net
• On the season, Metzger has totaled 29 saves and boasts a .580% save percentage

• Saturday's contest marks the 10th matchup between the two
• Marist is 2-6 all-time against Air Force
• The last time the two sides faced off, Air Force came away with a 23-8 home victory over Marist on March 2, 2025
