LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - The Marist University women's basketball team fell to Siena, 67-57, on Saturday afternoon at the UHY Center.

Lexie Tarul led the Red Foxes with 16 points, freshman forward
Justine Henry added 14 points and seven rebounds, while senior captain guard
Jackie Piddock chipped in 10 points.
The Saints dominated the rebounding battle 50-21, including a 23-5 advantage on the offensive glass which led to 19 second-chance points that proved to be too much to overcome.
Marist concludes the regular season with a 11-19 record and 8-12 in MAAC play, while Siena finishes 13-16 overall and 11-9 in conference action.

- Back-to-back mid-range jumpers from Tarul made it 43-31, prompting a Siena timeout with 3:29 to go in the third.
- The Red Foxes trailed 51-37 through three quarters.
- Marist opened the final frame with an 11-3 run to cut the deficit to 54-48 with 3:54 to play in the game.
- The Saints held on to secure the 67-57 victory.
- The Red Foxes are the #9 seed in the MAAC Championships and will play #8 Manhattan on Thursday, March 5 in Atlantic City.
