Red Foxes Come Up Just Short at Fairfield

Menard Leads Marist with 18 Points

FAIRFIELD, Connecticut – The Marist University men's basketball team fell by a score of 63-60 in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game on Saturday night at Mahoney Arena.
 
Summary
  • Marist scored the game's first five points as Fairfield didn't score in the first 3:55. However, Fairfield countered with a 7-0 run to take the lead.
  • Five straight points from Braden Sparks staked Fairfield to a 12-7 lead at the 12:16 mark of the first half.
