LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Marist men's track & field team competed at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on Saturday at Christy Mathewson Memorial Stadium, turning in a series of strong mid-distance and distance performances highlighted by multiple season-best efforts.
Marist saw a tight pack of Red Foxes deliver in the 800 meters, as Joseph Logan, Marcel Stewart, and Patrick Wininger each posted season-best times. Logan led the trio, dipping under 1:59 with a time of 1:58.23, while Stewart (1:58.90) and Wininger (1:58.97) followed closely behind in a tightly contested field.
In the 1,500 meters, Jacob Kosilla delivered a standout performance in the unseeded section, registering a personal-best time of 4:03.81. Kosilla closed strong over the final lap to secure one of Marist's top marks of the day.
The Red Foxes also competed in the invitational section of the 5,000 meters, where Sanjith Nomula paced his way to a time of 15:18.42 against a competitive field.
