POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association announced this morning its rankings for week 2 of the regular season. Marist, after receiving votes in the preseason and week 1 polls achieved a national ranking of 23
rd on the back of a victory at the Occoquan Duals over 24
th ranked St. Joe's and previously ranked Hobart and San Diego. The 22
nd ranked program is Oregon State University and the 24
th ranking is currently a tie between Santa Clara University and St. Joes.
Marist faces 21
st ranked Holy Cross and 17
th ranked Temple as well as Hobart, this weekend at the Holy Cross invitational in Worcester ,MA
Coach's Comments:
"We're excited for the recognition of our peers at the IRCA. This marks the first time Marist has achieved a national rank since the spring of 2022.
