Softball Extends Winning Streak, Completes Sweep at Quinnipiac

Pusey Ties Career High in Hits; Ahr & Kunze Belt Homers

HAMDEN, Connecticut – The Marist University softball team completed a series sweep at Quinnipiac with a 7-3 victory on Saturday.'
 
The Red Foxes have now won four straight.

  • Marist opened the scoring in the top of the first. Peyton Pusey led off the game with a double, and she scored on a Haley Ahr single.
  • Quinnipiac countered with three in the bottom of first, which included a two-run triple by Ally Hochstadter.
