POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist volleyball team has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2026 season. They will play a total of 31 matches, with 18 Metro Conference matches and 13 non-conference match ups.
 

NON-CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

• The Red Foxes will begin their season in Easton, PA, where Lafayette will host a tournament the weekend of August 29-30. They will play three matches against Lafayette, the University of Delaware, and Montana State.
• The following week, they will head to Denver, CO, for three matches in a tournament hosted by Denver. From September 3-5, they will match up with Idaho, SIUE, and Denver.
• Splitting up tournament play, Marist will head to Holy Cross for a midweek match on Tuesday, September 8^th.
• The Red Foxes remain in New England, traveling to Rhode Island for the Bryant tournament from September 11-12. They will play three matches, two against Bryant and one against Fordham.
• Marist will conclude their road trip with two matches at the Oakland tournament from September 18-19. They will face off with Oakland and Illinois State.
•  To wrap up non-conference play, the Red Foxes will host University of New Haven in their home opener on Wednesday, September 23^rd.

METRO PLAY

• Marist will open conference play with a two-match road trip in New Jersey, beginning with Rider on Friday, September 25, followed by Saint Peter's on Saturday, September 26.
• The Red Foxes will remain on the road for a midweek match up with Siena University on Tuesday, September 29^th.
• Marist will return home to kick off October with a match against Iona on Friday, October 2^nd, followed by Manhattan on October 3^rd.
• The next weekend, the Red Foxes will head back to New England, where they will face Merrimack on Friday, October 9^th, and Quinnipiac on October 10^th.
• Marist will return to Poughkeepsie for a five-match home stand, beginning Friday, October 16^th, against Fairfield University, followed by Sacred Heart on October 17^th.
• Continuing the home stand, the Red Foxes face Niagara on Saturday, October 24^th, and Canisius the same weekend, with the official date to be determined.
• The home stand concludes with a midweek face-off against Siena on Tuesday, October 27^th.
• The Red Foxes will close out October with local road matches at Manhattan on Friday, October 30, and Iona on Saturday, October 31.
• Marist will travel to Western New York from November 6-7 to face Niagara on Friday and Canisius on Saturday.
• In the final weekend of the regular season, the Red Foxes will return home to face Quinnipiac on Friday, November 13, and Merrimack on Saturday, November 14.
