The Marist College baseball team dropped the third game of a three game set at McNeese State this morning, falling 9-3. Scott Chambers had a no decision as the starter, while Brian Krummenacker took the loss out of the bullpen.
The Red Foxes allowed a lead to slip away in the fifth inning and then mounted a rally in the top of the sixth. Marist loaded the bases with no one out in the inning, but could not get a run across the plate.
The runs were the first for the Red Foxes, who had been shut out in the previous two games by the Cowboys.

Marist returns to action next weekend traveling to Wilmington, NC, to play in the UNC-Wilmington Tournament with two games against West Virginia and the host team.
