POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - Former Marist point guard Jared Jordan, the school's all-time leader in assists and the nation's leader in that category the last two seasons, is on his way to Lithuania. Jordan will be suiting up for Lietuvos Rytas of the Euroleague.
Jordan was selected with the 45th overall selection in this year's NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers, and played for the Clippers' summer league team. Three months later, the Clippers traded his draft right to the New York Knicks. Jordan appeared in six preseason games for the Knicks before being released.
