Saturday's Marist Football Game To Air On Rock 93.3 FM

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist football team's game against Bucknell on Saturday, Sept. 8 will be broadcast live on the radio on Rock 93.3 FM, Clear Channel Radio of the Hudson Valley and the Marist Athletics Department announced on Thursday.

Clear Channel Vice President and Market Manager Chuck Benfer said, "This is a very exciting opportunity for us in bringing Marist football to our Rock 93.3 listeners. Marist plays such an important role in the Hudson Valley as well as our community and it is our honor to be partnered with Marist in broadcasting their football and basketball games. This home opener is really special to us and since the Renegades playoff game is running on our WKIP Newstalk Network, having Marist on Rock 93.3 this week makes great sense."

The game will kick off at 6:08 p.m. EDT at Tenney Stadium, and the pregame show will begin at 5:45. Ed Weir, who is in his 35th year broadcasting Marist football, will handle the play-by-play duties. Geoff Brault, who is also the play-by-play voice of Marist women's basketball, is in his sixth year providing color analysis for Marist football home games.

A free audio stream of the game will be available for free on GoRedFoxes.com, and fans can also listen to the game on their mobile device or tablet through the iHeartRadio app.
