West Point, N.Y. - The Marist women's tennis team competed in the West Point Invitational this past weekend in West Point, N.Y. Nikki Rohan (Mountain Lakes, N.J.) highlighted the success for the Red Foxes, defeating two opponents to make it to the semifinals of the third singles back draw

Rohan defeated Maggie Tooley of Sacred Heart in the second round, 13-16. She then went on to defeat Saint Peter's Elena Melian-Puigventos, 8-0. Rohan met Cat Crummey of Albany in the semifinals. Rohan fell 8-5.

The Marist women's tennis team is set to compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regional Tournament on Thursday, Oct. 17 through Monday, Oct. 21.
