BOSTON, Massachusetts -- The men's track team concluded its 2016-2017 season with two relay races at the IC4A Championships on Saturday night at Boston University.
The 3,200-meter relay team of Zach Ropes, Josh Siegel, Steven Rizzo and Anthony Colasanto placed 17th overall in 7:49.59. Ropes led the squad with a leadoff leg of 1:54.71, handing off in the lead. Siegel (1:58.62) and Rizzo (1:59.50) had personal-best splits, while Colasanto anchored with a three-second personal-best mark of 1:56.40.
In the distance medley relay, the team of Brian Henderson, Tim Johnson, Drew Burns and Stefan Morton placed 24th in 10:11.89. Morton highlighted the relay with an anchor leg of 4:11.07.
The track team will return to action in three weeks when the outdoor season begins.
