POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist men's tennis team continued on at the Quinnipiac Fall Open and the Ivy Plus tournament Saturday afternoon.

QUINNIPIAC FALL OPEN
Lars Schouten picked up a 6-0, 6-3 win over Fairfield's Anthony Caputo and then defeated Wesleyan's Cam Daniels, 6-4, 6-1. In B singles, Jan Dernic defeated Wesleyan's Zach Fleischman, 6-3, 6-3 and then Fordham's Finn Kemper 7-5, 7-5.

In A doubles Dernic and Paulo Siracusa dropped a match to Weslyan's Chen and Finkleman, 6-3, and in B doubles, Schouten and Timo Tanzer fell to Fairfield's Ammon and Appel, 6-3.

ORACLE ITA MASTERS
Javier Restrepo wrapped up play at the Oracle ITA Masters Friday night with a loss to Appalachian State's Webster 7-6 (5), 3-6, 6-0. Restrepo battled throughout against the top players in the country in the prestigious national tournament.

IVY PLUS INVITE
In doubles play, Rudolf Kurz and Christopher Gladden defeated Cornell's pairing 8-6. Justin Chanthalangsy and Gianlucca Massa fell to Bryant's pairing, 8-3. Kurz and Gladden then defeated a pairing from Fairfield, 8-6 and Chanthalangsy and Massa picked up an 8-5 win over Brown.

In singles Kurz won his match against Dartmouth, 6-2, 6-3, Gladden won his against Brown , 6-1, 6-3, and Massa won his match against Brown, 6-4, 6-4. The Red Foxes only loss in singles came the way of Penn, as Justin Chanthalangsy fell 6-2, 7-6 (3).
