EDISON, New Jersey - Marist men's soccer freshman Stefan Copetti was named MAAC Rookie of the Week for the week of October 21, it was announced Monday afternoon.

Copetti picks up his second weekly award for the men's soccer program. He first earned Rookie of the Week honors on September 30.

The Toronto-native recorded a goal and two assists for the week. He assisted on both goals in the 2-1 win over Fairfield, and then scored in the 3-2 victory over Manhattan to help Marist extend their winning streak to three games.

Copetti is the Marist leader in points with nine, having scored three goals and handed out three assists.

Men's soccer continues the conference season this week, hosting MAAC-leader Saint Peter's (8-5, 5-1 MAAC) on Wednesday, October 23 at 7 p.m.
