POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- Women's lacrosse will travel to face Binghamton at the Bearcats Sports Complex on Friday March 1
st at 4 PM.

The Red Foxes got their first win of the season after defeating Vermont 15-14 in overtime. After trailing Vermont 8-4 in the first half the Red Foxes outscored their opponent 10-6 in the second half to force overtime. Marist was nearly perfect in the draw circle during the comeback to provide the offense with ample opportunities to come back.
Samantha Mehalick scored in OT to seal the win.

Binghamton is still looking for their first win after starting the season 0-4. Last season the Bearcats made it to the postseason for the first time in program history. Rebecca Golderman has been one of the best all-around players for Binghamton this season, tied for first on the team in points (6) and leads the team in draw controls (12).
