EDISON, New Jersey – For the second week in a row, Marist women's lacrosse junior attacker Samantha Mehalick has been named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week. This is the fourth time she has earned the honor in her career.

Mehalick paced the offense for Marist, scoring nine goals last week. She was a perfect 6-for-6 on free position shots and did not turn over the ball once. Her goal in the last four minutes against La Salle sealed the win. Mehalick has 25 goals this season and is averaging 4.17 per game, good enough for eighth in the NCAA. She also ranks 13^th in the NCAA in free position shot percentage at .722.

The Red Foxes last non-conference game will be at Jacksonville on Sunday, March 17. They will open MAAC play at Tenney Stadium on March 23 against Quinnipiac.
