WEST LONG BRANCH, New Jersey- Marist women's lacrosse will travel to face Monmouth on Saturday, March 30 at 4 p.m for a weekend MAAC matchup.

Marist fell to Manhattan 12-10 at Gaelic Park on Wednesday, March 27. The Red Foxes now drop to 4-6 overall, and 1-1 in the MAAC. Marist kept the lead in the first half, but Manhattan closed out the first half and opened the second half with two unanswered goals taking the lead. A turn over late in the second half allowed the Jaspers to win over Marist.

Monmouth is currently 8-3 overall and undefeated in conference play. The Hawks are coming off of two MAAC wins and they're looking to continue their four game winning streak. Junior attacker Nicole Ceraso leads Monmouth with 53 points on the season and lead their last match with eight points. The Hawks are averaging 32 shots per game and 12 goals per game. Â
