"I'm proud of our effort today. That was an NCAA tournament team we went toe-to-toe with," said Head Coach Matt Viggiano. "We were a little edgy in the first 15 minutes, but after that the game could've gone either way. New Hampshire has built an impressive program and they served as a great measuring stick for our guys today. If we can build on today's performance, I can look forward to the coming games in the MAAC."
Marist men's soccer returns home to play Hofstra (3-3) on Wednesday, September 25. The game begins at 7 p.m.
