Red Foxes Face Off Against Out of Conference Opponent

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist men's and women's swimming and diving squad face off against out of conference foe Colgate comes to town this Friday, Nov. 11 at 5 p.m.
 
Last Time Out For Men
  • James Conable placed first in the 1,000 free (9:41.16) and the 500 free (4:41.24), as well as the 200 IM (1:54.33).
  • Ahmed Sallam prevailed in the 50 free (21.19) and the 100 free (46.71).
  • Adam Kapusta triumphed in the 200 butterfly (1:54.54) and the 200 backstroke (1:56.64). 
  • Sean Doran took home the 100 backstroke (52.16) and finished second in the 200 backstroke (1:57.46).
  • Tyler Wenzel won both the 1- and 3-meter boards.
  • This week, Conable and Wenzel were named MAAC Male Swimmer and Diver of the Week, respectively.
Last Time Out For Women
  • The relay team of Genevieve O'Neil, Lucie Gray, Sophia Swanson, and Nellie Thompson secured first in the 400 medley (3:57.45).
  • Thompson also took home the 50 free (24.86) and the 100 free (54.21).
  • Madeline Healey was victorious in the 1,000 free (10:43.61) and the 500 free (5:21.97).
  • Leigh-Anne Zanella attained first place in the 200 butterfly (2:11.16) and second place in the 1,000 free (10:48.49).
  • Madison Sweeney captured the 3-meter dive, and placed second in the 1-meter event.
