POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – On Saturday June 3,
JD Colarusso and the Atlas Bulls opened their season against the Redwoods. The Bulls collected their first victory of the year with a score of 17-11.
Colarusso, currently an assistant coach for the Marist men's lacrosse team, is entering his second season with the Atlas Bulls. Last season, JD played in nine games, with 45 saves and a .490 save percentage. In the Bulls last outing against the Redwoods, Colarusso made six saves with a .500 save percentage. Last season, Colarusso helped lead the Atlas to a 4-1 record in his 5 regular season starts and a number two seed in the PLL playoffs.
Premier Lacrosse League is an American professional field lacrosse league. The league's inaugural season debuted on June 1, 2019, and included a 14-week tour-based schedule taking place in 12 major-market cities.
