POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist women's lacrosse team welcomes new assistant coach Maddie Dachowski for the fall season of 2022.

"I am very eager to have Maddie join our staff for this upcoming year," said Head Coach Jessica Wilkinson.  "She has showcased immense leadership as a player and club coach, and I know her expectation to win will carry over to our own program. Not only will she bring a wealth of lacrosse knowledge to our program, but I'm confident she will do so with infectious positive energy. Maddie's deep understanding of the offensive game will help take our attackers to an elite level. I look forward to working with her and the other new additions to our squad very soon!"

Dachowski played Divison I lacrosse for La Salle University from 2017 to 2021 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Maddie has a US Lacrosse Membership and an IWLCA Membership. She was a standout attacker at La Salle totaling 83 points with 57 goals and 26 assists throughout her career. She played in 69 out of the 71 games during her collegiate career, the most ever played in program history. She has five years of coaching experience under her belt for the Ultimate Lacrosse Club in Pennsylvania. As a coach she will mainly focus on helping both the offensive and draw units.
