POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist head men's basketball coach
John Dunne has announced the addition of five newcomers for the 2023-24 season.
The newest Red Foxes are Max Allen, Jadin Collins, Josh Pascarelli, Jackson Price, and Isaiah Sulack.

John Dunne said. "We've got a nice blend of incoming transfers and four-year players and I feel like we've addressed some needs at a variety of positions. Each guy brings some different skills with a good balance of playmaking, shooting, and some pivot scoring." .
Max Allen – Sophomore – Center – 6-9/250 – Las Vegas, NV – San Jose State
Allen arrives at Marist after competing at San Jose State as a freshman in the 2022-23 season. He appeared in eight games before suffering a season-ending injury, with season highs of four points (in 20 minutes against Oakland) and six rebounds (in seven minutes against Alabama State). Allen played scholastically at AZ Compass Prep in Chandler, Arizona, one of the nation's top programs. He played AAU ball with Vegas Elite.
Jadin Collins – Freshman – Guard – 6-1/170 – Somerset, NJ – Rutgers Prep
As a senior, Collins averaged 20.5 points, 6.9 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 3.9 steals per game. He had two triple-doubles and recorded 26 points, six rebounds, and five assists in a win against sixth-ranked Neumann-Goretti in December. As a junior, Collins led the Argonauts to a 26-4 record and the first NJSIAA Non-Public A Sectional Championship in school history. Rutgers Prep head coach Matt Bloom described Collins as "a leader in the community, a scholar in the classroom, and a difference maker on the court. His passion for the game is contagious, and he truly makes everyone around him better."
Josh Pascarelli – Freshman – Guard – 6-3/175 – Cambria Heights, NY – St. Francis Prep
Pascarelli was named CHSAA AA Most Valuable Player and First Team All-State this past season after he averaged 19.8 points per game, including a high of 38. He played AAU basketball with the Riverside Hawks, where he averaged 14 points and five rebounds in the spring/summer of 2022. As a junior, Pascarelli was named Second Team All-CHSAA. His high school coach, Jimmy Lynch, said that Pascarelli "has worked tirelessly on his game and has improved year after year. He's the best shooter in the CHSAA and has developed into a terrific all-around player."
Jackson Price – Junior – Forward – 6-8/240 – Hiram, GA – The Citadel
Price comes to Marist after having played the last two seasons at The Citadel. In 2022-23, he shot .519 from the field, .440 from three-point range, and .742 from the free-throw line while averaging 6.7 points in 16.6 minutes per game. He scored a season-high 15 points twice last year, which included a game at North Carolina in which he also grabbed six rebounds. He played scholastically at Hiram High School, where he helped his team win a regional championship while being named Honorable Mention All-Region and All-County.
Isaiah Sulack – Graduate – Guard – 6-5/195 – Knoxville, TN – Tennessee
Sulack played for Tennessee the last three seasons, and appeared in six games over the last two years. He earned a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll and earned a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management in December of 2022. He previously played for Bossier Parish Community College (2019-20) and Olney Central College (2018-19). At Olney, he averaged 12.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.
