POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist football team dropped its season finale to Presbyterian by a score of 42-23 at Tenney Stadium on Saturday.

- Presbyterian scored on its first play from scrimmage, but Marist countered with a score on its first drive as Sonny Mannino connected with Jackson Conners-McCarthy on a 62-yard touchdown pass.
- Lincoln Cardillo scored a one-yard rushing touchdown with 2:58 left in the first quarter to give Marist a 13-7 lead. Presbyterian countered with a touchdown on its next drive, and led 14-13 after the first 15 minutes.
- Presbyterian extended its lead to 21-13 early in the second quarter.
- Connor Mendini's 43-yard field goal cut Marist's deficit to 21-16 with 10:12 left in the second quarter.
- Presbyterian added another touchdown, and took a 28-16 halftime lead.
- The Blue Hose scored twice in the third quarter, and led 42-16 after 45 minutes.
- Tristan Shannon scored a 60-yard rushing touchdown with 1:24 left.

- Shannon led the Red Foxes with 82 rushing yards and totaled 175 all-purpose yards
- Mannino threw for 153 yards and added 65 yards rushing.
- Conners-McCarthy paced the Red Foxes in receptions (six) and receiving yards.
- Tyrell Powell led the Red Foxes with eight tackles.
- Gannon McCorkle had two-and-a-half tackles for loss, including a sack, and six total stops.

- Shannon finished with 1,018 all-purpose yards this season, He exceeded 1,000 all-purpose yards for the second straight year.
- McCorkle's two-and-a-half tackles for loss were the most by a Red Fox this season.
- This was the fifth time this season the Red Foxes scored on their opening drive.
- Powell's eight tackles were a career high.
- Mendini's field goal was the longest of his career.
