POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist track & field program is set for this weekend's 2024 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The competition will be hosted by Rider University at Michael P. Brady Track & Field Complex in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.

The two-day meet will begin on Saturday, May 4th at noon. On Sunday, the first event is slated for 10 a.m., with the final event of the weekend set to go off at 3:55 p.m. Both days will be broadcast on ESPN+.

• Easton Eberwein led the way, bringing home a bronze medal in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.04
• Noah Brown and Simon Advento placed fourth and fifth respectively in the pole vault to earn nine points for Marist. Brown cleared a season-best height of 4.35 meters (14 feet, 3.25 inches), while Advento cleared 3.90 meters (12 feet, 9.5 inches).
• Kieran Donnelly secured a 4th-place finish in the 5,000-meter run, finishing in a season-best time of 14:47.79.
• The distance medley relay team consisting of Raffi Buchakjian, Kevin Lee, Matthew Ferreri, and Dennis Love also secured fourth place with a time of 10:20.96.
• Amari Mathis (6.91) finished fifth in the 60-meter dash.
• Chris Paxis ran a season-best time of 4:12.28 in the mile to secure sixth place.
• The Red Foxes also earned points in both relays. The 4x400 relay consisting of Weston LaBrecque, Kevin Lee, Eberwein, and Mathis finished fifth with a time of 3:25.81. The 4x800 relay (Matthew Ferreri, Raffi Buchakjian, Joseph Logan, and Paxis) secured sixth, finishing in 8:01.44.

• Freshman Kayla Hawkins ran a new personal record time of 2:17.49 in the 800-meter run, securing a third-place finish to bring home a bronze medal for the Red Foxes.
• Also placing third, the 4x800 relay team of Sierra Fisher, Jackie Caron, Grace Fletcher, and Parker O'Brien finished in 9:26.16.
• The distance medley relay team (12:10.19) consisting of Sydney Driscoll-Gannon, Grace Fletcher, Raven Stanet, and Sierra Fisher claimed fourth place.
• O'Brien ran a sub-five minute mile to finish fifth overall, setting a new personal record time of 4:59.48.
• The 4x400 relay consisting of Stephania Granados, Cailin Horton, Julia Kropo, and Julie Cristinzio claimed fifth place with a time of 4:04.84.
• Grace O'Neill jumped 1.53 meters (5 feet, 0.25 inches) to finish fifth in the high jump.
