POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Wide receiver
Mohamed Diawara of the Marist football team will be participating in the 13
th annual Dream Bowl, which will take place on Sunday, Jan. 19 in Little Elm, Texas at 1 p.m. Eastern.

Diawara began his collegiate career at Bates College, where he played from 2019-22. He then came to Marist as a graduate transfer, and he played the 2023-24 seasons for the Red Foxes.
In 2024, Diawara tied for the team lead with five total touchdowns. He led the Red Foxes with four receiving touchdowns, and he added another on a punt return at Stetson. He caught two touchdown passes at Lafayette, and he had a career-high 125 receiving yards at Bucknell.
In his collegiate career, Diawara caught 110 passes for 1,430 yards and had 14 receiving touchdowns. He amassed 2,376 all-purpose yards in his career, and he scored 15 total touchdowns.
Diawara completed his coursework for his Master's in Public Administration in this past fall semester. He currently serves as an Athletics Department Fellow at Marist, working in the department's business office.
Diawara is one of two Red Foxes on the Dream Bowl roster, joining
Miles Kauderer.
The Dream Bowl is an NFL-approved All-Star Game that includes players from all levels of college football. The rosters include a total of 110 players.
