Women's Lacrosse Ready for Home Opener Against Army

Red Foxes Take on The Black Knights at Tenney Stadium on Wednesday at 1 P.M.

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist women's lacrosse team is seeking their first win of the 2025 season as they host Army on Wednesday, Feb. 19. The game is set to begin at 1 P.M.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • The Red Foxes were defeated by Hofstra 18-5 on Sunday, Feb. 16.
  • Jesse Manger would score her fourth of the year, her second consecutive game scoring at least once.
  • The Red Foxes had three first-time goal-scorers. (Juliana Palumbo, Anne Shine and Makenna Graham)
  • Shelby Hahn led the Red Foxes defensively, leading her team in ground balls with five and caused turnovers with three.
 
SCOUTING ARMY
  • The Black Knights are 1-0 on the season.
  • Army leads the all-time matchup between these teams 5-1.
  • The Red Foxes and the Black Knights last dueled on Feb. 22, 2023, with Army coming out on top 21-5 at West Point.
