POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist University men's basketball team's home game against Saint Peter's on Sunday, March 1 has been flexed to ESPNU as part of the MAAC Wildcard Game Package, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced Wednesday morning.
This is the Red Foxes' final game of the regular season, and it will tip off at 2 p.m. Prior to the game, the program will celebrate Senior Day.
This will be the third consecutive season, and fourth time in the last five years, that McCann Arena has hosted an ESPNU game. Marist won all three of the previous ones:
- Jan. 31, 2025 – Marist defeated Siena, 72-67, in front of a sellout crowd.
- March 1, 2024 – Marist earned a 58-55 win over Fairfield before a crowd of 2,301.
- Feb. 25, 2022 – Marist topped Manhattan by a score of 74-65 with 2,665 fans in attendance. This game also took place on Senior Day.
Marist is currently 16-10 overall and 10-7 in MAAC play. Saint Peter's stands at 15-9 this season and 12-4 in conference play.
The Red Foxes return to action on Friday night at Manhattan. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
