POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist University women's lacrosse team continues conference play against Mount St. Mary's, as the Red Foxes take on the Mount Wednesday, March 25 at 1 p.m. inside Waldron Family Stadium.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes opened MAAC play with a 10-8 victory over Rider on March 21.
• Marist trailed 8-2 at halftime before shutting out Rider in the second half, scoring eight unanswered goals to complete the comeback.
• Junior captain attack Kate Gaven led Marist with four goals, including three in the fourth quarter.
• Senior attack Jesse Manger recorded two goals and two assists, while junior captain attack Anne Shine added two goals
• Sophomore midfielder Amelia Pirozzi and freshman midfielder Megan Shanahan each scored once.

SCOUTING THE MOUNT

• Mount St. Mary's is 5-4 on the season.
• The Mount were picked to finished second in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.
• Attack Brooke Molchanoff and defender Hailey Chester were selected to the Preseason All-MAAC Team.
• This will mark the sixth meeting in program history between Marist and Mount St. Mary's, with the Red Foxes in search of their first win.
