LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Marist women's track & field team delivered a strong showing at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on Saturday at Christy Mathewson Memorial Stadium, highlighted by a personal-best performance in the 800 meters and several season-best efforts across the middle-distance events.
Elise Attiogbe led the way for the Red Foxes in the 800-meter run, turning in a personal-best time of 2:16.65 to pace the Marist contingent. Close behind, Rebecca Maclaren (2:20.53) and Sierra Fisher (2:20.89) each recorded season-best marks, while Julia Radjenovic added a solid effort with a time of 2:23.77.
Marist continued its success in the 1,500 meters with strong performances in both sections. In the invitational race, Parker O'Brien clocked a time of 4:46.17, while Abigail Kowalczyk notched a season-best 4:47.46 in the unseeded section.
In the 400 meters, Grace Fletcher posted a season-best time of 58.70 to finish 28th overall.
