POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist University softball team is headed to Lubbock, Texas for NCAA Regional Play.

The Red Foxes will play their first game against Texas Tech, the No. 11 overall seed. The Red Raiders are 52-6 this season, with a 21-3 record in the Big 12. Texas Tech advanced to the finals of the Women's College World Series in 2025.

The Marist-Texas Tech game will take place at 4:30 p.m. Eastern, and it will be shown on ESPN+. Boston University and Ole Miss will precede this contest at 2 p.m.

Marist is 37-19 this season. The Red Foxes enter NCAA Regional play with a 17-game winning streak. This is Marist's sixth NCAA appearance, with three coming in the last four seasons.
