Red Fox Men's Track Competes at Penn Relays

Philadelphia, PA---The Marist College men's track team competed at the Penn Relay Carnival this past weekend, with the Red Foxes notching season best performances.

At the Penn Relays on Thursday evening, sophomore Kirk Dornton (Syracuse, NY) ran a personal-best time of 31:33.68 and placed 34th in the championship 10,000-meter run.

Senior co-captain Mike Nehr (West Babylon, NY) was 24th in the 5,000 run in 14:46.56, his best Penn showing in his three years running at the meet.

On Friday at Penn, the 1,600-meter relay team of senior co-captain Brian Perrella (Southington, CT), sophomore Eli Bisnett-Cobb (Ballston Spa, NY), senior co-captain Pat Driscoll (Congers, NY) and freshman Adam Pakiela (Ridgefield, CT) set a season's best mark of 3:32.78.
