Poughkeepsie, NY-The Marist College women's tennis team wrapped up Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) play this afternoon by defeating Manhattan 5-2. The Red Foxes improve to 11-1 overall and 6-1 in the MAAC.

Marist took five out of six singles matches on the day. At the number two singles, Diana Perachio defeated Mary Jane McGuire, 6-2, 6-3 while Courtney McGeever downed Jessica Kulack, 6-0, 6-2. Megan Gureck, Yana Krugly and Annabel Hicks also picked up wins for the Red Foxes.

In doubles play, Yana Tikhonko and Krugly remained undefeated in dual match play as rolled over Kulack and Krista Thorsen, 8-0, for the only win of the day.

The Red Foxes close out the regular season on Wednesday, April 21st as they host Fairleigh Dickinson at 11:15am.
