New York, N.Y. - The Marist men's 4x800 relay team placed fourth of eight at the 98th Annual Millrose Games last night at Madison Square Garden.

The quartet of freshman Mike Bamberger, sophomore Bryan Quinn, senior co-captain Geoff Decker and sophomore Brian DeMarco finished in a time of 7:57.12, less than 11 seconds behind first-place American University. Duke and Boston College placed second and third, respectively.

Marist was competing at the prestigious Millrose Games for the first time in school history.

The Red Foxes return to the track next weekend, Friday, Feb. 11-12 for the Valentine Invitational, hosted by Boston University.
