Giordano once again led the Marist bats. She had both Red Fox hits in going 2-for-4 in game two. The junior has now hit safely in five straight.
"I was happy with how we came back in game two," Marist head coach Erin Layton said. "We played a solid game, but we just weren't able to get the bats going. (Shannon) Howard pitched a great game."
Marist will play Howard at 10 a.m. tomorrow in their final game of the tournament.
