POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Marist women's basketball team is traveling to Ohio State this weekend to play in the Hall of Fame Challenge. The Red Foxes will face Bowling Green on Friday, Nov. 22 at 5:30 p.m., Ohio State on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 8:30 p.m., and Old Dominion on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 1 p.m.

Geoff Brault, in his seventh year with the women's basketball team, will be doing the play-by-play all weekend. His broadcast for all three games can be heard on the Red Fox Network and iHeart Radio. Fans can tune into Rock 93.3 FM on Friday to listen to the Bowling Green game live. The Ohio State and Old Dominion games will be broadcast on WKIP 1450 AM.

Bowling Green finished the 2012-2013 season with an overall record of 24-11 and finished second in the MAC with a conference record of 11-5. In the preseason poll, the Falcons were voted to finish second in the conference this season. Bowling Green is currently 4-0 overall, defeating: Michigan (63-52), Iona (51-50), Niagara (90-58), and Butler (61-57). Erica Donovan leads her team with 50pts, Jillian Halfhill has 47, and Alexis Rogers has 45. Jill Stein leads the Falcons in rebounds with 40. Jillian Halfhill and Miriam Justinger have 14 assists each. Marist is 1-0 all-time against Bowling Green, defeating them 70-65 in 2009.

Ohio State finished the 2012-2013 season with an overall record of 18-13, tied for eighth in the Big Ten Conference with a record of 7-9. This season, the Buckeyes were unranked in the conference's preseason poll. Ohio State is currently 3-1 overall, defeating; West Virginia (70-61), Florida Atlantic (91-88), and VCU (83-71). The Buckeyes fell to Georgia, 53-49. Ameryst Alston leads Ohio State with 93 pts. Ashley Adams leads the Buckeyes with 35 rebounds, Darryce Moore is not far behind with 31, and Amy scullion has 30. Ohio State is shooting .457 from the field and .357 from three-point range. Marist and the Buckeyes are 1-1 all time. The Red Foxes defeated Ohio State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in 2007, 67-63. The Buckeyes were victorious in the next meeting, defeating Marist 63-57.

Old Dominion finished the 2012-2013 season with an overall record of 19-12 and finished with a Colonial Athletic Association record of 10-8. This season, Old Dominion joined Conference USA. Old Dominion is currently 2-1 overall, defeating Delaware State (97-67) and Radford (56-37). The Lady Monarchs fell to Virginia Tech, 73-61. Stephanie Gardner leads Old Dominion with 49 pts. Shae Kelley has 39 pts. Shae Kelley leads the Lady Monarchs with 29 rebounds. Chelisa Painter has 22 rebounds. This is the first meeting between Old Dominion and Marist in program history.
