NEW ORLEANS - The Marist men's and women's track and field programs were recognized as 2016 USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams, it was announced today.

Marist's men were ranked fifth in team grade point average out of the 122 Division I teams honored by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. There were a total of 220 women's teams named All-Academic in 2016 including the Red Foxes. 

To be a USTFCCCA All-Academic squad, a team must compile a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher for the academic year. Click here to see the full list of the teams that qualified.
