Women’s Soccer Faces Drexel, Delaware State This Week

Marist duels Dragons on Friday, Hornets on Sunday.

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist Women's Soccer heads to Philadelphia, PA to take on Drexel on Friday, August 30. The Red Foxes continue their weekend with a trip to Dover, DE to battle Delaware State on Sunday, September 1.

Red Foxes play the Dragons at Vidas Field at 7:00 pm, and the Hornets at Alumni Stadium at 1:00 pm.

  • In the Red Foxes' previous game against the Dragons, Marist suffered a 2-1, double-overtime loss back in 2013.
  • Drexel took an early 1-0 lead, scoring in the first three minutes of the game.

  • The Hornets take on the Virginia Military Institute on Thursday August 29 before their match up with the Red Foxes on Sunday.
