MARIST 16, LIU 8
  • The Sharks were able to hang with the Red Foxes for three periods, trailing only 9-7 heading into the fourth. However, the Red Foxes erupted for seven goals in the final period while holding LIU to just one point to pull away for the dominant victory. 12 separate Red Foxes scored goals.
  • Anais Mathes was lethal on offense with four goals and an assist to lead Marist.
  • Viktoria Orlova scored twice as well.
